We were glad to leave our ranch mainly because the smoky air from the Creek Fire and drive to King City on Thurs. afternoon. We had a quick layover at Dreux Clarks of Chasin Time and pulled into the fairground early Friday
morning to help the other board members organize the finals. Earl of the SVF was so helpful on Saturday when he pulled my sprung shoe off my horse for his second run that same day in the Open. Holly Smith’s husband Byron then tacked my shoe back on after my run.
