I was told, for Lasix,\ The pectoral muscles in the chest are another possible injection site. I had
forgotten to bring with me her allergy medicine and thought to help her with her breathing I would give her 3cc of Lasix. But overnight TomGirl was having a terrible reaction to the injection site that I gave her at 8:30 yesterday morning May 13th during the 777 Semi-Finals.
Sunday afternoon 4:12 her temp is reducing, she
is grazing on the barn lawn. She has drank a little, passed manure and pee. Her back leg is beat up and swollen also.
Dr. Brenda Says that in a couple of days we will lance. Made an appointment for Wed. at 1:30.
Walking a little better, turned her out in pasture Monday 15th afternoon. Back leg swelling has gone down, no heat.
Espically becuase of the shape of the abcess and the temperature. I think her leg was injured when my breaks locked up
on the way home and she got josseled around in the middle commpartment.
Monday temp down in morning 100.4, 6pm 100.2 TU 100.6. W. 2:30 101.9
